Educational Approaches
The cornerstone of our agency is providing high-quality, inclusive education for all MCDC students ages 0-5. We do this by using research-based, child and play-centered curricula. Driven by Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework, NJ Preschool Teaching & Learning Standards, and local school district educational approaches, these curricula are content-rich and provide broad and varied experiences with activities that promote children's learning and development. They invite children to think deeply about what interests them and build on their prior knowledge and experiences. They also offer a sequence of learning experiences based on children's developmental progressions.

Meeting the Special Needs of Students
An integral part of our program is meeting the needs of all children. We play a vital role in addressing special needs in early childhood by providing inclusive education and comprehensive support. Our team works to identify children’s needs early, develop individualized education and family service plans, and collaborate closely with families, local service providers, and specialists to support each child’s development.

By fostering an environment that embraces the unique abilities of every child, we help create an inclusive community where all children are valued and have the opportunity to reach their full potential and thrive.
